To sync your Scribe signature with Mozilla Thunderbird

STEP 1

Download the Scribe desktop app

STEP 2

Open the Scribe app on your desktop

STEP 3

Log in with your Scribe account

STEP 4

If Outlook is not installed on your computer, please create a path for signatures to be added to your machine.

C:\Users\{{Username}}\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures

{{Username}} is replaced with the user name of the session.

Note: The AppData folder is a hidden folder.

On the Scribe client, update your signature by clicking on the Update button at the bottom of your profile page. The signatures should now appear in the Signatures folder.

STEP 5

From the Thunderbird menu, navigate to Tools then Account Settings.

In the left-hand menu, select your email then check the box Attach the signature from a file instead (text, HTML, or image)

Then click Choose, navigate to the destination folder referred to in step 4, and then select the signature you want.

Responses and Transfers

If you wish to have a signature for responses and/or transfers, go to Tools, your email then Composition & Addressing.
