Solution 1

If your Scribe email signature doesn't show up in your email after installation make sure to refresh your email provider to see the changes.

Solution 2

If you are using a third-party app on your email provider such as Mixmax it might be the issue. We developed a Mixmax integration for Scribe. You can find it on your setting tab.

Solution 3

If you are copy-pasting the HTML code of your signature to install it do not use Safari. Any other browser works.

Solution 4

For Gmail users make sure your settings in Gmail are not bypassing the Scribe signature

Solution 5

If it's active, make sure to disable the Plain Text option.
