# Deel

> Keep email signatures accurate and up to date by syncing employee details from Deel, your global HR and payroll platform, like job title and department.

Follow these steps to [auto-fill your teammate's signatures](/en/smart-fields) using Deel as a data source.

## Installation guide

### Prerequisites

* A Scribe account with admin access
* An **Admin** role in Deel

    Click **Connect Deel** to start the setup.
