# BambooHR

> Learn what data Scribe collects when syncing your BambooHR account, including the specific fields stored and how custom reports work.

When you connect your BambooHR account to Scribe, we sync your team's information so you can manage email signatures across your organization. This page explains exactly what data we store.

## Data Stored in Scribe

Scribe collects and stores the following fields from BambooHR:

**User profile data:** profile picture, first name, last name, and job title.

**Phone numbers:** work phone, work phone plus extension, work phone extension, mobile phone, and home phone.

**Work details:** department, division, and location.

**Address:** address 1, address 2, city, state, zip code, and country.

**Other details:** age and date of birth.

**Social profiles:** LinkedIn URL, Facebook URL, Instagram URL, Twitter, and Pinterest.

  If you configured a `report_id` when activating the integration, Scribe will only store the data included in that specific report.
