# ChartHop

> Review the user profile fields Scribe imports when syncing your ChartHop account and how that data is stored, used, and kept secure inside the platform.

When you connect your ChartHop account to Scribe, we sync your team's information so you can manage email signatures across your organization. This page explains exactly what data we store.

## Data Stored in Scribe

Scribe collects and stores the following fields from ChartHop:

**User profile data:** profile picture, first name, last name, full name, and job title.

**Phone numbers:** work phone and mobile phone.

**Work details:** department name.

**Personal address:** street 1, street 2, street 3, city, state, country code, country name, and postal code.

**Work address:** street 1, street 2, street 3, city, state, country code, country name, and postal code.
