# Signature not appearing

> Fix a Scribe email signature that does not show up after installation: refresh or restart your email app to clear a cached inbox, then reach support if needed.

If your Scribe email signature does not appear in your email after [installation](/en/install-signatures), try refreshing your email provider to see the changes.

This can happen when your email client has cached the previous version of your inbox. A simple refresh or closing and reopening your email application is usually enough to load the new signature.
