# Google Workspaceへのアクセスが失われた場合

> Google Workspaceの権限が不足、取り消し、または管理者により変更されたことでアカウントがロックされた場合に、Scribeへのアクセスを復旧します。

状況によっては、[Google Workspaceへのアクセス](/ja/signature-installation-statuses-and-errors)が不足しているために Scribe アカウントがロックされることがあります。解消するには、以下の手順に従ってください。

  <Step title="アプリをクリック">
    管理コンソールで「アプリ」セクションをクリックします。

  <Step title="Google Workspace Marketplaceアプリをクリック">
    「Google Workspace Marketplaceアプリ」を選択します。

  <Step title="Scribeアプリをクリック">
    インストール済みのMarketplaceアプリ一覧からScribeアプリを探してクリックします。

    「アクセスを許可」をクリックして必要なスコープを有効化し、Scribeの権限を復旧します。
