# Gmailの自動返信を設定する

> Gmailの不在時自動応答を設定し、不在通知や自動返信メッセージでもScribeのメール署名が正しく表示されるようにします。

[Gmail](/ja/integrations/signatures/google-workspace-client-side) の不在時自動応答を設定する際、特定の設定を有効にしていないと、Scribe の署名が正しく表示されない場合があります。自動応答でも署名が適切に表示されるよう、以下の手順に従ってください。

    Gmail右上の歯車アイコンをクリックし、"See all settings" を選択します。

  <Step title="不在通知のセクションへ移動">
    画面を下にスクロールして、不在通知(Vacation Responder)のセクションを開きます。不在メッセージを入力し、期間を設定します。

  <Step title="リッチテキスト形式を有効にする">
    メッセージ入力欄の上にある **"Plain text"** をクリックし、リッチテキスト形式を有効にします。プレーンテキストモードのままだとメール署名が正しく表示されません。

    正しく設定すれば、不在中もScribeのメール署名を保ったまま自動返信を送信できます。
