# Gmail 설정이 올바르게 되어 있나요?

> Gmail의 서명, 모바일, 대화 설정을 확인해 Scribe 이메일 서명을 덮어쓰거나 우회하지 않는지 확인하세요.

    [Gmail](/ko/integrations/signatures/google-workspace-client-side) 설정이 Scribe 서명을 무시하지 않도록 확인하세요. "답장/전달 시 사용" 드롭다운에서 "내 서명"을 선택하세요.

  <Step title="Plain Text 옵션이 비활성화되어 있는지 확인">
    Plain Text 모드는 서명을 포함해 이메일의 모든 서식을 제거해요. Gmail은 이 설정을 기억하기 때문에, 한 번 켜진 상태라면 직접 끌 때까지 계속 켜져 있어요.

    확인하고 비활성화하는 방법은 다음과 같아요:

    * Gmail을 열고 **편지쓰기**를 클릭해 새 이메일을 시작하세요.
    * 편지쓰기 창 오른쪽 아래의 **점 세 개**(추가 옵션)를 클릭하세요.
    * **일반 텍스트 모드**가 체크되어 있지 않은지 확인하세요. 옆에 체크 표시가 있다면 클릭해서 해제하세요.

    비활성화하면 앞으로 보내는 모든 이메일에 서명이 올바르게 표시돼요.
