# Outlook Web 추가 기능 서명이 설치되지 않는 경우

> Outlook Web 추가 기능 사용자의 Scribe 서명 설치가 멈췄을 때 해결하는 방법: Scribe에서 로그아웃한 뒤 다시 로그인하고, 그래도 표시되지 않으면 지원팀에 문의하세요.

[Outlook Web](/ko/integrations/signatures/microsoft-365-client-side) 사용자가 추가 기능을 설치한 경우, 서명 설치가 멈추는 경우가 있어요.

이 문제를 해결하려면, 먼저 Scribe 계정에서 로그아웃한 뒤 다시 로그인해 Outlook에 이메일 서명이 다시 표시되는지 확인하세요.
