# Microsoft Entra ID

> Verbind Microsoft Entra ID met Scribe en synchroniseer de teamleden die je kiest uit je administratieve eenheden en groepen, waarbij wijzigingen automatisch worden bijgewerkt.

Volg deze stappen om je administratieve eenheden, groepen en teamleden uit Entra ID te synchroniseren met Scribe.

## Installatiehandleiding

### Vereisten

* Een Scribe-account met beheerderstoegang
* Een Microsoft Entra ID-account met **Global Admin**-rechten

    Scribe is SOC 2 Type II-compliant. Wij kunnen je e-mails niet verzenden of lezen.

  <Step title="Selecteer welke teamleden je met Scribe wilt synchroniseren">
    Je kunt teamleden selecteren uit je teamledenlijst, administratieve eenheden of groepen. Selecteer welke je nu wilt importeren. Je kunt er later meer toevoegen. Hun gegevens worden ook gesynchroniseerd, zodat je hun handtekeningen later automatisch kunt invullen met een [Smartfield](/nl/smart-fields).

  <Step title="Klaar, je teamleden zijn gesynchroniseerd met Scribe">
    Ga naar Handtekeningen om [teamleden toe te wijzen](/nl/assign-teammates-to-a-signature) en hun handtekeningen aan te maken. Toekomstige wijzigingen in je Entra ID worden automatisch gesynchroniseerd met Scribe (nieuwe medewerkers, functiewijzigingen enzovoort).
