# Google Workspace

> Koble Google Workspace til Scribe og synkroniser de teammedlemmene du velger fra dine enheter og grupper, med detaljer og fremtidige endringer holdt automatisk oppdatert.

Følg disse trinnene for å synkronisere dine Google Workspace-organisasjonsenheter, -grupper og -teammedlemmer med Scribe.

* En Scribe-konto med administratortilgang
* En Google Workspace-konto med **Super Admin**-rettigheter

  <Step title="Connect Google Workspace integration">
    Importer utvalgte teammedlemmer fra Google Workspace. Du bestemmer hvem som skal synkroniseres.

      Du må være **Super Admin** i Google Workspace for å installere denne integrasjonen.

    Klikk på **Connect Google Workspace** for å starte oppsettet.

  <Step title="Velg hvilke teammedlemmer som skal synkroniseres med Scribe">
    Du kan velge teammedlemmer fra teammedlemslisten, Units eller Groups. Velg hvilke du vil importere nå. Du kan legge til flere senere. Informasjonen deres synkroniseres også, slik at du senere kan autofylle signaturene deres ved hjelp av [Smartfield](/no/smart-fields).

  <Step title="Ferdig, teammedlemmene dine er synkronisert med Scribe">
    Gå til Signatures for å [tilordne teammedlemmer](/no/assign-teammates-to-a-signature) og opprette signaturene deres. Fremtidige endringer i Google Workspace vil automatisk bli synkronisert med Scribe (nye ansatte, jobbendringer osv.).
