# Google Workspace-tilgang mistet

> Gjenopprett tilgangen til Scribe når kontoen din er låst fordi Google Workspace-tillatelser mangler, er tilbakekalt eller er endret av en administrator.

I noen tilfeller kan Scribe-kontoen din bli låst på grunn av manglende [tilgang til Google Workspace](/no/signature-installation-statuses-and-errors). For å løse dette, følg trinnene nedenfor.

    I administrasjonskonsollen klikker du på Apper-seksjonen.

  <Step title="Klikk på Google Workspace Marketplace-apper">
    Velg alternativet Google Workspace Marketplace-apper.

  <Step title="Klikk på Scribe-appen">
    Finn og klikk på Scribe-appen i listen over installerte Marketplace-apper.

    Klikk på Gi tilgang for å aktivere de nødvendige tillatelsene og gjenopprette Scribe-tilgangen.
