# Signaturen vises ikke

> Løs problemet når en Scribe-e-postsignatur ikke vises etter installasjon: oppdater eller start e-postappen på nytt for å tømme en hurtigbufret innboks, og kontakt support ved behov.

Hvis Scribe-e-postsignaturen din ikke vises i e-posten etter [installasjon](/no/install-signatures), prøv å oppdatere e-postleverandøren din for å se endringene.

Dette kan skje når e-postklienten din har bufret den forrige versjonen av innboksen din. En enkel oppdatering eller å lukke og åpne e-postprogrammet på nytt er vanligvis nok til å laste inn den nye signaturen.
