How to enable clipboard permissions for signature HTML copying

When using our signature management system, you may need to grant clipboard permissions to copy and paste the HTML of your signature. This guide explains how to accept these permissions in all major web browsers.

Google Chrome

  1. When attempting to copy your signature HTML, Chrome will display a clipboard permission request at the top of the browser.

  2. Click on "Allow" to grant permission.

  3. If you accidentally denied permission, you can reset it by:

    • Click the padlock/info icon in the address bar

    • Select "Site Settings"

    • Find "Clipboard" in the permissions list and change it to "Allow"

  4. After allowing permission, try copying your signature HTML again.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. When you attempt to copy your signature HTML, Firefox will show a permission prompt.

  2. Click "Allow" to grant clipboard access.

  3. If you previously denied permission:

    • Click the padlock icon in the address bar

    • Select "Site Permissions"

    • Find "Clipboard" and change the setting to "Allow"

  4. Try copying your signature HTML again after granting permission.

Microsoft Edge

  1. When copying your signature HTML, Edge will display a permission request.

  2. Click "Allow" to grant clipboard access.

  3. If you need to change previously denied permissions:

    • Click the padlock icon in the address bar

    • Select "Site permissions"

    • Find "Clipboard" and set it to "Allow"

  4. After allowing permission, attempt to copy your signature HTML again.

Safari

  1. Safari handles clipboard permissions differently. When trying to copy your signature HTML, you may see a permission prompt.

  2. Click "Allow" to grant access.

  3. If Safari is blocking clipboard access:

    • Go to Safari > Preferences > Websites

    • Select "Clipboard" from the side menu

    • Find our website and set the permission to "Allow"

  4. Try copying your signature HTML again after allowing permission.

Opera

  1. When copying your signature HTML, Opera will display a permission request.

  2. Click "Allow" to grant clipboard access.

  3. To change permissions you've already set:

    • Click the site info icon in the address bar (usually a padlock)

    • Select "Site settings"

    • Find "Clipboard" and change it to "Allow"

  4. Try copying your signature HTML again after granting permission.

Brave

  1. When copying your signature HTML, Brave will show a permission request.

  2. Click "Allow" to grant clipboard access.

  3. If you need to change previously set permissions:

    • Click the shield icon in the address bar

    • Select "Site settings"

    • Find "Clipboard" and change it to "Allow"

  4. After allowing permission, try copying your signature HTML again.
