When you connect your Okta account to Scribe, we sync your teamโ€™s information so you can manage email signatures across your organization. This page explains exactly what data we store.

Data Stored in Scribe

Scribe collects and stores the following fields from Okta: User profile data: first name, last name, middle name, honorific prefix, honorific suffix, title, display name, and nickname. Contact details: secondary email, mobile phone, and primary phone. Address: street address, city, state, zip code, country code, and postal address. Work details: employee number, cost center, organization, division, department, and manager.
Scribe has read only access to your Okta data. We cannot edit anything in your Okta instance. Scribe is SOC 2 Type II compliant.
