Design and branding companies obsess over every detail of a brand identity: the logo, the color palette, the typography, the spacing, the tone of voice. But there is one touchpoint that most branding projects overlook: the email signature. Your client’s team sends hundreds of emails every day, and each one either reinforces the brand you built or undermines it with inconsistent formatting, outdated logos, or plain text. Scribe lets you complete your clients’ brand identity down to every email sent. Install signatures that match their brand guidelines in under a day. Your creative vision stays intact across web, desktop, and mobile. No individual setup or endless IT tickets. One dashboard to manage all clients. Update designs instantly when brands evolve.Documentation Index

Why email signatures belong in every branding project
You spend weeks or months crafting a client’s visual identity. You deliver brand guidelines, logo files, color codes, typography specs, and application examples. But when the client’s team starts using the new brand, their email signatures are often the last thing to get updated, if they get updated at all. The result is a disconnect. The website looks beautiful. The social media profiles are on brand. The business cards are perfect. But every email the client sends carries an old logo, wrong colors, or no branding at all. For a design and branding company, this is a missed opportunity to deliver a complete brand experience. By including email signature design and deployment in your branding projects, you close this gap. You ensure that the brand identity you created extends to one of the most frequently used communication channels in any organization. It is a visible deliverable that the client and their entire team experience every day.A new service offering for your agency
Email signature management is a valuable addition to your service portfolio. It fits naturally into branding projects and creates opportunities for ongoing revenue. Include it in branding packages. Add email signature design and deployment as a line item in your rebranding or brand identity projects. Clients expect their brand to be applied everywhere, and email is no exception. Offer it as a standalone service. Some clients come to you specifically because their email signatures are a mess. Position email signature management as a quick, high impact service that delivers visible results in under a day. Create a recurring revenue stream. Offer ongoing signature management as a monthly service. When the client’s team changes, when they launch new campaigns, or when the brand evolves, you handle the updates. Charge a monthly retainer for the convenience. Upsell campaign management. Scribe’s campaign banners let you add promotional elements to your clients’ signatures. Offer this as a marketing add on: design seasonal banners, promote events, or highlight new services. Report on click through rates to demonstrate value. How Scribe works for design and branding companies
Scribe’s workspace feature is built for agencies that manage multiple clients. One account, separate client workspaces. Each client gets their own workspace inside your Scribe account. Workspaces are completely independent, with their own signatures, teammates, integrations, campaigns, and analytics. Client data never crosses over. Centralized billing. You pay from one account. No separate subscriptions to manage for each client. Pixel perfect signature design. The visual editor gives you control over layout, colors, typography, spacing, and imagery. Design signatures that match your client’s brand guidelines precisely. What you see in the editor is what renders in the inbox. Consistent rendering across all platforms. This is where most email signatures fail. A signature that looks great in Gmail can break in Outlook or look wrong on mobile. Scribe handles the cross platform rendering so your design stays intact across web, desktop, and mobile email apps. Smart fields for personalization. Use smart fields to populate each employee’s unique details: name, title, department, phone, photo, and more. You design one template, and every person gets a personalized version that maintains the brand standard. Instant updates when brands evolve. Brands are not static. When a client updates their logo, refreshes their color palette, or adjusts their visual identity, you update the signature template once in Scribe and every employee’s signature updates immediately. No IT involvement, no manual rollout, no waiting.Setting up a client in Scribe
