For Outlook Web users who have installed the add in, sometimes the signature installation can get stuck. To fix this, first log out of your Scribe account and then log back in to see if your email signature appears again in your Outlook.
If your signature still does not appear after logging back in, please contact our support team on the chat so we can investigate the issue with your account.
