When synchronizing teammate data between Scribe and BambooHR, Scribe matches the primary email in Scribe with the work email field in BambooHR. If a teammate is not syncing correctly, it usually means their work email is missing from BambooHR.

How to fix this

Check the work email field in BambooHR

Go to the employee’s profile in BambooHR and make sure they have a valid work email configured. If the work email field is empty, Scribe will not be able to match the teammate.

Trigger a new sync

Once all employees have a valid work email in BambooHR, go back to Scribe and trigger a new synchronization. The data should sync right away.
