When Scribe can no longer reach your Zoho Mail organization, the integration shows Access lost and Scribe emails your workspace admins. Signatures can’t be installed or updated, and the teammates sync stops, until an admin reconnects Zoho Mail.

Why Scribe loses access

Scribe acts with the authorization the admin gave when connecting Zoho Mail. That authorization stops working when:
  • the admin who connected Zoho Mail is no longer a Super Admin or Admin of the organization;
  • that admin’s Zoho account is deactivated or deleted;
  • Scribe was removed from the connected apps of that admin’s Zoho account.

Reconnect Zoho Mail

You need a Super Admin or Admin account in Zoho Mail to reconnect. Invite someone from IT if you are not an admin.
1

Open the Zoho Mail integration in Scribe

In Scribe, go to Integrations and open Zoho Mail, under Signatures or Teammates: whichever shows Access lost.
2

Connect Zoho Mail again

Click Connect Zoho Mail, sign in with an admin account of the same organization, and accept the scopes. Scribe keeps your settings and, for teammates, your selection.
3

Reinstall the signatures

Once signatures are reconnected, install your signatures again to bring every teammate up to date.
If both integrations show Access lost, reconnect each of them: teammates and signatures are connected separately.
