Google Workspace access lost - Scribe Mail Documentation

In some situations, your Scribe account may be locked due to missing access to your Google Workspace. To address this, follow the steps below.

Go to your Google Workspace admin

Click on Apps

In the admin console, click on the Apps section.

Click on Google Workspace Marketplace apps

Select the Google Workspace Marketplace apps option.

Click on the Scribe app

Find and click on the Scribe app in the list of installed Marketplace apps.

Grant access to activate the required scopes

Click on Grant access to activate the required scopes and restore Scribe permissions.
