For manual installation, Scribe can't ensure 24/7 brand consistency by comparing teammates' signatures to the approved Scribe design.

1. Go to Apollo settings

2. Click on “manage email signatures under each linked mailbox”

3. Click on "pull signature from" Gmail/Outlook
