# User not found

When you receive the "User Not Found on Front" message, Scribe cannot locate a user account with the matching email address in Front.

To resolve this:

* Verify that the user's email in Scribe matches their Front email address exactly
* Check for any typos or discrepancies in the email addresses
* Ensure the user has an active Front account
