Scribe helps you save time by auto-filling your teammates’ email signatures with their personal information without needing their input. The BambooHR integration allows you to automatically sync your BambooHR employees' data to auto-fill your teammates' signatures in Scribe.

Rest assured, Scribe is SOC2 Type II compliant, ensuring the safety of your data.

1. Go to your BambooHR account and copy the instance's subdomain from the URL bar.

2. In your BambooHR account, click on your profile picture and then on API Keys.

3. Click on Add New Key.

4. Enter a name for your API key then click on Generate Key

5. Copy the generated API key and paste it into the BambooHR API key field

6. Optionally, you can customize your integration with a report ID.

The default BambooHR integration provides access to basic attributes such as first name, last name, etc. If you require additional attributes, including custom fields that you've created in BambooHR, you'll need to generate a custom report within BambooHR and input the report ID into your Scribe integration settings. For guidance on creating a report, you can refer to this BambooHR how-to. The "work email" field must be included in the BambooHR report to ensure we can correctly match your BambooHR employees with your Scribe co-workers.
