In Scribe, a paid user refers to a teammate assigned to a signature template to receive a signature. For example, if you sync 1,000 users from your email provider with Scribe and only assign 500 of them to Scribe signature templates, you'll be billed for just those 500 users. We charge for primary email and not alias email.
When a teammate's primary email is assigned to multiple signature templates, they count as a single paid user.
Your invoice is automatically adjusted when users are added or removed from your signature templates, ensuring you're billed for the pro-rata usage time on Scribe. As you add users beyond your initial package, they will be billed the following month. Conversely, when users are removed, a corresponding deduction will appear on your next invoice.
For annual billing, additional users are charged monthly, giving you better control over expenditures. Additional users are billed on a prorated basis with your annual billing.
You can cancel your monthly or yearly subscription at any time directly from your Scribe settings or by downgrading to a free plan.
Our monthly and yearly plans are non-refundable.

For our Business plan, payment is made by card. We support all major payment systems.
For the Enterprise plan, in addition to card payment, bank transfer payment is available starting for contracts over $20K per year.
When you deactivate a license for a user in your email provider, the user's signature will be removed from Scribe and the user removed from your subscription.
User changes refer to the number of users you added or removed during the current billing period. You'll find the details in your invoices.
Unused time is the portion of your previous subscription you've paid for but haven't used.
Credits from your previous subscription represent the time you didn't use. It will be deducted from your upcoming invoices.
Proration adjusts your invoice based on changes made during a billing cycle. The amount you see reflects the difference between your new subscription and your previous subscription for the remaining time of the current period.
Our goal with Scribe is to ensure that you always pay the best price for your number of users without needing to monitor it as your organization grows.
Scribe will automatically move you to the best plan based on the number of users who need a signature.
If you start with an 80-user package and then exceed 100 users, you will be automatically switched to our Enterprise plan. This ensures you continue to receive the best price for your current number of users.
Once you've been switched to the Enterprise plan, you'll be able to see the price details in your Scribe settings, so you always know what you're paying for.
