Manual install in your email client settings by copy-pasting HTML.
Each of your teammates has to be invited in Scribe to copy-paste their signature HTML.
Each of your teammates has to install the signature manually in their email clients.
Updates in your Scribe template won't be updated in team signatures.
Note
This integration is only required for users who don't have a Google Workspace license. If you do, use our Google Workspace integration to install your Scribe signatures on Gmail. To deploy the Scribe app to your team centrally see our dedicated article.

Copy the HTML code of your Scribe signature
In your teammate's table, locate the teammate you want to edit and click the edit icon at the end of their row. Click the 'Install signature' button, then select 'Copy HTML for Gmail'.

Go to your Gmail settings
In your Gmail, click on the wheel icon, then select "See all settings".

Go to Signature
In the General tab, scroll down to the signature block.

Paste the HTML code of your Scribe signature
In the signature field, paste the HTML code of your Scribe signature.

Select "My signature" as the default
In the signature default block, select "my signature" for "New email uses" and "On reply/forward use".

Click on "Save changes"
At the bottom of the page, click on "Save changes".
