# Automated installation

✅ One click install from Scribe. 

✅ No need to copy-paste HTML. 

✅ Only the admin of your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 has to install the Scribe app once.

✅ Your teammates don't have to install the Scribe app.

✅ Your teammates will not know Scribe even exists.

✅ Updates to your Scribe template automatically update team signatures.

✅ Your teammates will see their new Scribe signature when composing an email in Gmail or Outlook. 

✅ Old signatures will be automatically replaced by the Scribe's one.
