Can I create department and folders directly in Scribe?

Yes, if you don't have existing Groups or Organizational Units set up in your email provider (whether it's Google or Microsoft), you can create departments directly within Scribe and then assign teammates from your Google Workspace to them.




Additionally, you have the option to create folders in Scribe where you can easily drag and drop your departments, helping to keep your workspace organized.
