Integration type: HTML code - Manual installation per teammates - Signatures not synced

This is for users with a personal Gmail account who do not have a Google Workspace company license.

For manual installation, Scribe can't ensure 24/7 brand consistency by comparing teammates' signatures to the approved Scribe design.
Make sure that your tool has an HTML editor in its settings so you can copy-paste the HTML of your Scribe email signatures.

Follow the steps below to install manually your Scribe signatures in Gmail.

1. Copy the HTML code of your Scribe signature

Click on the "Copy HTML" button then select "Copy signature HTML for Gmail"

2. Go to your Gmail settings

In your Gmail, click on the wheel icon, then select "See all settings".

3. Go to Signature

In the General tab, scroll down to the signature block.

4. Paste the HTML code of your Scribe signature

5. Select “My signature” as default

In the signature default block, select “my signature” for “New email uses” and “On reply/forward use”.

6. Click on “Save changes”

"At the bottom of the page, click on “Save changes”.
