Microsoft Azur Active Directory

The Microsoft Azur Active Directory integration allows you to automatically sync your Microsoft AD Groups, Administrative Units, and teammates with Scribe.

Thanks to this integration
You save time because you don't have to add your teammates manually.
You save time since your teammates' data is synced with Scribe. This allows you to auto-fill their signature information using our attribute feature.
You save time as your teammates are synchronized with Scribe. Any changes in your Microsoft AD, such as moving teammates from one group to another or updating their information (e.g., job position), will be automatically reflected in Scribe without any input on your part.




1. In Scribe go to the automation menu then click on "Sync teammates"





2. Click on "Connect Microsoft AD"





3. Click on "Authorize Scribe



To give us permissions you need to be a Super Admin in Microsoft AD. If you are not Super Admin of your Microsoft AD you can invite a Super admin.

Scribe is SOC2 Type II compliant. Your data is safe 🔒



4. Select the Microsoft 365 account you want to connect with Scribe






5. Accept the permissions



Scribe is SOC2 Type II compliant. You can find the scopes that we are using from the Microsoft 365 here. We can't send or read your emails.



6. Select which entity from your Microsoft AD you would like to sync with Scribe



You can start by syncing a selection of teammates to try Scribe. If you decide to use the product later, you can then import the rest of your teammates.





7. Select teammates from the chosen entity



You can start by syncing a selection of teammates to try Scribe. If you decide to use the product later, you can then import the rest of your teammates.





Click on "Sync" and done your teammates have been synced with Scribe! 🎉
