Outlook Web (user without M365 licence)
Integration type: HTML code - Manual installation per teammates - Signatures not synced
This is for users with a personal Outlook Web account who do not have a Microsoft 365 company license.
For manual installation, Scribe can't ensure 24/7 brand consistency by comparing teammates' signatures to the approved Scribe design.
Make sure that your tool has an HTML editor in its settings so you can copy-paste the HTML of your Scribe email signatures.
Follow the steps below to install manually your Scribe signatures in Outlook
Click on the "Copy HTML" button then select "Copy signature HTML for Outlook Web

In your Outlook Web, click on the wheel icon in the top right corner.

In your Outlook Web settings, got to "Email" then "Compose and reply" and paste your signature in the area.

Select the signature as default signature and click on "Save"

1. Copy the HTML code of your Scribe signature
Click on the "Copy HTML" button then select "Copy signature HTML for Outlook Web

2. Go to your Outlook Web settings
In your Outlook Web, click on the wheel icon in the top right corner.

3. Paste the HTML code
In your Outlook Web settings, got to "Email" then "Compose and reply" and paste your signature in the area.

4. Select signature and save your changes
Select the signature as default signature and click on "Save"
