Remember, every time you update a signature in Scribe, each teammate must repeat steps 2 to 4.

For semie-automated installation, Scribe ensures 24/7 brand consistency. This is achieved by Scribe continuously comparing teammates' signatures to the approved Scribe design. If discrepancies are detected, Scribe automatically triggers a reinstallation of the correct signature design.

Follow the steps below to install your signatures in SalesLoft.

1. Activate Salesloft Installation


Click here enable Salesloft installation, then sign in to your Salesloft account.

2. Go to your Salesloft settings


Navigate to your Salesloft account, click on your name, and select 'Settings'.



3. Open the Scribe modal


In the Email Signature section open the Scribe Modal.



4. Insert your signature


Choose the email you want and click 'Insert signature'.
